ABOUT

Reed is an Associate with the firm whose practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate law, representing clients in a wide range of commercial transactions, including purchasing, refinancing, and selling commercial real property across the country.

In addition to representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, Reed’s expertise in corporate governance matters and business entity laws allows him to assist clients navigating intricate and complex corporate matters.

During law school, Reed was extremely involved in both the SMU Board of Advocates and the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic, holding leadership positions in both organizations. Reed also represented SMU in numerous off-campus trial advocacy competitions, serving on several of the law school’s off-campus mock trial teams.
